Cuban dissidents ask EU to reinstate sanctions

Cuban dissidents, Osvaldo Alfonso Valdés and Blanca Reyes are asking the EU to renew it's diplomatic sanctions against Cuba, stating that policy of dialogue is not gaining any changes on the island.
